Assembled from different lend-lease armored cars reclaimed after the end of the Great War, K-31s are used by a variety of law enforcement agencies throughout the vast slums and decaying city blocks of East Haven. Easily traversing the ruined streets and rugged terrain, K-31s have proven an invaluable asset in the stopping of smugglers and bootleggers in the city outskirts, where ordinary pursuit vehicles are usually left in the dust.

-Armored windshield can be lowered down to provide additional protection to the driver and passenger when pursuing miscreants, with some variants having the passenger side glass removed to accommodate a high-powered machine gun.
-Loudspeaker mounted on the passenger's side allows for broadcasting emergency messages or negotiating with offenders while remaining inside the vehicle.
