Portable television manufactured in the late 2000s by East Germany's state-run VEB Robotron consortium for the Soviet and Chinese market. Considered to be of poor quality in comparison to Sony's later Watchman series of handheld TVs sold in Europe, likely due to an inadequate amount of manufacturing material being supplied for an order of 15,000 units.
